Our Philosophy

We prefer reliable, coachable players who want to improve with the team over elitism or individual glory. Mechanics, utility, attitude and contribution matter alongside performance.

Trial Process

Applications are reviewed by authorised officers. Suitable applicants can move through review, interview and trial stages before a final decision. Expectations and feedback should be clear throughout.

FAQ

Do I need perfect logs? No. Logs are useful context, but ODit is not recruiting purely by parse colour.

Can I apply if my role is not listed as high priority? Yes. Exceptional applicants are always welcome.
